What to cook for dinner tonight? Let’s try fish!
Seafood is one of my favorites, and Salmon is high on THAT list – especially smoked, mmmm… But this sweet and tangy dish is to die for with a glaze of honey mustard garlic sauce over its tender fillet.
After finishing a bite fish, you’ll then discover the creamy sautéed spinach and crispy roasted potatoes being the perfect side dishes for this tasty salmon meal.

And here it is! It looks as good as it tastes, trust me! I’d say it is definitely one of the best salmon recipes on the net, and it’s healthy to boot.
This is a great recipe for someone that doesn’t know how to cook and season salmon. It’s baked and broiled to perfection in the oven. And since this one is cooked in foil, cleanup will be a breeze!
How to find your salmon:
- Put your fishing vest and hat on.
- Grab a pole and tackle (and possibly a beer).
- Find your fishing hole.
- Cast a line out. Wait. Wait. Wait.
- Get skunked.
- Isle 7 at your local market* (*Actual isle number may vary*)
- Voilà! Fish on the table!
Ahhh yesss. Salmon and spinach, the classic combo! Spinach is without a doubt the best side dish for salmon. This creamed spinach recipe is both easy and yummy!
The mozzarella melted in makes it the best ever! It’s not quite a healthy way to cook spinach, but boy is it worth it.
Last but not least – Add a nice crunch to the dish with this crispy oven roasted potatoes recipe. It is quick and easy!
They are perfectly seasoned and finish off this magnificent trio of a meal. Your family, even the kids, will be full and happy campers after this dinner 🙂
